We recommend pressing our transfers at 300 degrees for 10 seconds with firm pressure.

Peel, and repress for another 10 seconds with fabric or a Teflon sheet.

If the transfer is not adhering, allow the transfer to cool before peeling, or increase the pressure and repeat the process.

Since all orders are personalized, there are no returns on orders.

We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. If your package is lost or shows as delivered and you have not received it, please reach out to USPS as soon as possible to file a claim. In addition, please send an email to imaginethatdtf@gmail.com within 48 hours to let us know of any issues.

We have a pick up box located at the side door where you can find your transfers labeled with your name.
